1. Digital Product Use & Licensing
Can I use your digital printables for commercial purposes?
Our printables are for personal use only. You may use them in your own journals, scrapbooks, planners, or handmade gifts (see Terms of Use).
Can I share or resell the files I’ve purchased?
No. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing digital files (in whole or in part) is not allowed. Please respect the time and love that goes into creating these designs (see Terms of Use).
Can I sell handmade items I’ve created using your printables?
Yes, on a small scale (less than 50 units), e.g., at a craft market or as handmade gifts, but not in mass production or print-on-demand services (see Terms of Use).
2. Downloading & Access
How do I download my digital products after purchase?
After checkout, you’ll receive an email with your download link. You can also log into your account on our website and access your files anytime from the My Account > Downloads page.
How long will I have access to my downloads?
Downloads are available indefinitely, but we recommend saving them to your computer or cloud storage as a backup.
I can’t find my download email. What should I do?
First, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, log in to your account and download your files directly, or contact us, and we’ll happily resend the link.
3. Courses & CLUB Access
Where do I find my purchased courses?
All courses are available under the My Courses page once you’re logged in.
Do I need to join the CLUB to buy a course?
No — courses can be purchased individually. But CLUB members enjoy 25% off courses and 10% off printables, plus access to a private Facebook group.
How do I join the CLUB Facebook group?
After signing up for the CLUB, you’ll get an invitation link to our private Facebook community where you can share projects, ask questions, and connect with fellow crafters. Already a CLUB member? Join here.

4. Payments & Currency
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via PayFast, which supports credit/debit cards and other local options depending on your country.
Why am I charged in South African Rand (ZAR) if I selected USD/GBP/EUR?
For your convenience, our website displays prices in several currencies. However, because our business is based in South Africa, all transactions are processed in ZAR at checkout.
Will my bank charge additional fees?
Some banks or card providers may apply small international transaction fees. This varies by provider and is outside our control.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Because digital files are delivered instantly, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges, but please contact us if there are any problems.
What if I can’t access my files or a course?
If you have trouble with downloads or access, please contact us — we’ll make sure you get everything you purchased.
6. General Crafting Questions
I’m new to crafting — where should I start?
Welcome! We recommend joining the Make in Wonder CLUB (free!) to explore sample lessons and try the Junk Journal Embellishments course. It’s a gentle introduction and a fun way to use your stash.
Do I need a big stash of supplies to do your projects?
Not at all. Our philosophy is all about using what you already have. Each course lists suggested supplies, but you’ll always find tips for alternatives and stash-busting ideas.
Can I craft along even if I don’t scrapbook?
Yes! Our projects are designed for memory keeping in all forms — scrapbooking, junk journaling, planners, cards, or even mixed media.
